I am headed to key west for a week - no good bbq - but when I return I will be going through a ton of seasoned oak and sorting it.
I will have chunk and logs available for whom ever wants chunk shipped or local pickup for chuk and log. The oak is a mix of red and white oak seasoned for 18 months.
When I return I will let you know how much I have and the cost. But drop me a note if you are interested.
I am harvesting sugar maple and hickory in a week and will begin to season it - so if you want green let me know otherwise we can chat next year once seasoned. |

I could use some hickory, I bet shipping will make it ot of reach for me though
See what you can do for zip code 54568
I envy you with your local availabilty to some of the best smoking woods around basically there for the taking.
My next trip to the tropical depression (Florida) I hope to get some pecan wood to bring back with me. _________________ Just remember that the toes you may step on during your climb to the top will also be attached to the a$$es you'll be forced to kiss on your way back down! |

Man I could use some hickory too. Check on zip code 78748 as well. We'll see what we can come up with. _________________ HBT Welding Offset Stickburner

Correct on the no bbq in key west...or all the keys for that matter. I have a good friend in marathon I visit quite often and I noticed the lack of Q. He told me they one old guy but he died. I'm looking into doing roadside there. I already have permission for a place just waiting for to find out how strick are they on roadside vendors. Things are generally pretty lax down there but they can be difficult on some keys. it would be nice to pick up the smoked fish business also. _________________ ***Find us on Facebook***
