Has anyone ever used Plum wood to smoke with?
My mom trimmed her plum tree and asked me if I wanted the wood but I've never used Plum before. _________________ I only believe in two basic food groups... Chili & BBQ

My friend gave me some Plum. It made some real nice chicken, would be great for pork too. I would take it all _________________ Low and slow that is the tempo!
