Hi all,
I've been searching for a while for a thread I'm sure I saw in this forum that described putting thermometer probes on the cooking grate so you can monitor the temperature without raising the hood of the grill. Would someone be so kind as to point me to that? Or at least give me the name of the clips that are used for that? Thanks much. |

my clip is called a hunk of potato. Just run the probe through a piece of potato and place the potato on the grate. _________________ Mike
