Hey! I resent that remark Lutefisk is the Norsk excuse to eat vast quantities of melted butter.
Of course I also like blood sausage, fried w/cream (even after helping to make it..can you say "buckets o' blood"?), and timpsula and tripe (Lakota tradditional food, wild turnips and buffalo intestine in a kind of a thin stew) |
