Just wanted to say hi and let you all know I have been looking at the site fo a couple of weeks and now that I have registered I want to say what a great site this is. Long time griller and even longer time BBQ eater and I am going to make the jump to home smoker now. I just returned from Frisco Colorado where I took the KCBS judges class and will be judging BBQ for the first time as a KCBS judge on July 15 in Loveland Colorado. The newspaper in Loveland is sponsoring a cookoff Loveland Loves Barbeque and has 20 competitors signed up.
I am a High School teacher and I was a Photojournalist for 17 years. I am looking forward to learning a lot about smoking this summer.
