he`s thinking he wants his smoker...late or not..........after putting forth this much effort, just take delivery if it`s right , pay the man and move on............

butss are all pulled, the ribs are around 1.5 hours in...........3-4 more hours and its bedtime finally.....................

So...as we all wait. I'm curious. Several people on here I know have pits from Joe. If I'm not mistaken, I think you're happy with your pits. However, that is not the question. Would you/Will you order from him again?

I want to say NO , but there are features in the design I like : his top baffle set up and the oven over the firebox, and the cover on mine...the process wasn't real pleasant , but again,dead horse syndrome, whew ! it's quite the value for being extra patient...and he NOW is upfront on times on the website...FORTUNATELY I won't need to make that decision because I was able to get what I wanted in 8 weeks and I'm very happy with it and don't need to upgrade from here...Hillbilly? Hoggy ? k9? copperhead?+ anyone else I'm not thinking of...would you ???

Just another I am happy and he is a nice guy. what about Hillbilly not getting his part? I guess it is just what the heck he is a nice guy and makes a good smoker.

take it as you will - I don't love the guy or stand behind his lack of actions. I have only spoke of my own experiences and tried to make some sense of the situations from my own lackluster experience w/the guy...read page 1 again and 2 and....everyone told the same story all the way thru.... I just said I love the product and it's design and what I paid, not the way he does it....I knew nothing of his business when I saw my cooker on ebay, that wasn't a decision to go w/ Joe because of his unknown to me actions..just fate, but have tried to inform these guys that it WON'T be 3 weeks !! just based on my experience w/ him

I hope that vex is getting his smoker and it is what he expected. As for me I would not even give Joe the option of screwing me.
