Was wondering how this sounds for price. Just picked these up from a local food wholesaler who also sells lump and smoking woods (they have logs, chunks, chips). They are online also http://www.naturesownonline.com
I got a 40lb bag of lump for 17.70 and a 20lb bag of Apple chunks for 14.95. Pick up, so no shipping.
Considering I've used both the lump and the wood, both are great quality.. but how is the price? 17.70 seemed pretty good for a 40lb bag of good lump.
What say you? _________________ --

Sounds like you found a good deal to me. (Wish I could find bagged apple chunks).

| I order stuff from Natures own before very bad experience and when they added shipping cost it was double the cost. They were also very difficult when I tried to return chiminy's that I order because they were not the right kind. I would spend the time and find an orchard that you can make a deal with for wood. |
