Hello guys; and greetings from Des Moines, Iowa. This is my first post although I have been reading for a long time now. I received a Brinkman Gourmet charcoal water smoker as a gift and after turning my first brisket into a boat anchor I did a little checking around and found this wonderful site. Since finding this site I have been smoking something every weekend and sometimes even during the week. Once I get a little more practice I will be upgrading from this tin can smoker to something a little easier to use.
Anyhow, I just wanted to say thanks to everyone for all the help and recipies that I have already used from this site. |
