I want to extend a great Big thank you to Marv. Who reached out to a newbie in the world of catering and offered his advice. I will atempt to do the same if I am ever asked for it!!
Not only did he take time out of his day to allow me to call him. He allowed me to call toll free and gave some really great info!
I can't say Thank You enough.You truly are the MAN!!!! 
And while I am at it I also wish to thank all you guy's who have responded to questions and offered help! Thanks!!!!!

THANK YOU MARV
I have been waffling back & forth of whether or not to start an "Official" on-site BBQ catering service.
With the help of Marv answering some issues that were confusing me, And his pure courage of speaking to Bobbie (The other half)
We (Bobbie & I) have decided to start "Bad Bones BBQ catering, LLC"
Is this better,
Big-"Butt"?
