Hey everyone, I just joined the site tonight and I can see myself spending many hours on here reading...so much information (thats probably not too good with finals week coming up though haha). Anyway, I've been cooking on a weber charcoal grill for a few years now and I think I'm about to buy a smoker. There are a few things I'm a little unsure of and some basic things i want to figure out, so I'm going to look though the site and see what it has to offer. I'm sure I'll be posting more later, thanks in advance

If your going to have to cram. It's best to do it with Que! And a Brew!
Shew! Looked like I was going to spew!.......
Well english isn't my major, But Adam Sandler now that's a different story!
