I'm part of an exercise for the next 11 days. All of our meals (187 of us) are catered. It's $5 for breakfast, $10 for lunch, and $15 for dinner. There is also a midnight meal every night for $17 person (60 people). Coffee and water are available all day. Not sure of the cost. Sodas and candy are available to purchase throughout the day.

Tonight was chicken parmesan, side salad, two cookies, and soda/bottle of water. Taste wasn't bad but it was barely luke warm.

Just thought I'd throw that out!

That sounds like a coach meal on an airline. For $15, I hope it came w/ a free headset and a movie. Shocked

This morning was a spoon full of scrambled eggs, two sausage patties, muffin, and a bottle of juice.

Lunch was a ham wrap, chips, side salad, and a soda. FOR $10?!?! Shocked

We're in Rhode Island. I don't think they know what BBQ is in these parts.

Well next year, here's your sign! Laughing

Print, take to the boss-man or boss-gal and we'll get-r-done for ya! Wink

I don't normally pimp out my services (here at the ring anyway), but this sure looks like a golden opportunity. Speaking only for myself, I would be willing to also make a contribution to the ring if we got this job! Very Happy

Monkeys could do better.

Only half of the night shift ate. Atomic Catering committed the cardinal sin. "Sorry, we ran out of food." That's tough. These guys aren't getting lunch and aren't being paid to eat either. They just went hungry. That's a tough pill to swallow. It's a shame. $100K+ and these guys are going hungry.

This morning was eggs, waffle, bacon, muffin, and a bottle of juice. Bacon was cold and the syrup was like ice. It can't get any worse, can it?

Gents:

Check out www.fedbizopps.gov. In the top left corner search for catering. You will see multiple opportunities.

You need to get a DUNS number and be registered with the Central Contracting Registry to do business with the federal gov't. Registering with both agencies is totally free. You'll just need 4-5 free hours. I'll search for the links and start a new thread with the info.
