In my latest post about kitchens, someone mentioned, commissary (there are none around), church kitchen (not a member of a church) or the local VFW. I was just in one, however I am not a member, I did ask if they have a kitchen, the bartender said yes but they don't use it.
What would be my strategy to get them to let me utilize it???? _________________ DIAMOND D'Z BBQ Catering & Entertainment Svcs

There again, you MUST find out from your local HD if this place is an 'approved' kitchen facility (commisary) by their definition. If it is, I would just ask the PIC (person in charge) if they would consider renting you the kitchen to do your prep work in....Some rent by the hour of use, some rent by the month no matter how much use...just depends on your argeement with them and what it is worth to you and them. _________________ Often imitated but never duplicated |
