I love to cook meat, want to sell it, need to know how?

Hello all-

I am just joining the site and would like to get some pointers from you guys on what I would need to maybe start up selling some smoked and grilled meats locally. I currently grill and smoke year round for all my friends and I am wanting to expand my horizons with something I love to do. Any advice with logistics, meats, woods, etc. would be greatly appreciated.
