I saw these (I bought 2) at a food show a few years back and thought they would really save time.
Each one weighs 84 lbs, all stainless steel and folds down flat for easy transport..
This is in the upright position before the sides are unfolded.
Set up but without the trays in or lids on...This is the side the customer sees..I also have red curtains that go around it but could not find the darn things today.... (will have to tear garage apart.. )
The back side shows where the sterno cans go, also can use that shelf for storage while serving..maybe extra pans or something. I also use this shelf to store the lids while serving.
All set up...the white board is a cutting board...say you need to cut a piece of chicken or something....
If I remeber right, I paid $1500 each for these...I have 2. _________________ Often imitated but never duplicated |

Yes, the sterno cans work due to the fact no wind gets to them. You CAN use 2 or more cans but I have found that 1 works fine.
The company is (was) Easy-Cater but I think they are out of business now. Must of been the price. They were actually made in Portland, Ore but the company was out of Southern cal. _________________ Often imitated but never duplicated |
