Well, had my first day at the farmers market and it went pretty well. I am only allowed to sell my sauces and rubs. Really good turn out, the weather was fairly nice and we almost sold out of sauce. I made enough to were the rest of the booth fees are paid for the rest of the year.

Make sure to have some info about your BBQ Service on hand. We always have brochures at the market and other places we go.

Yeah, I got my trifolds printed the other week. I'll send one down when I send you the rub. Just counted and we sold 35 bottles of sauce and 5 bottles of dry rub. Not bad for 4 1/2 hours.
