This gal said "I don't want to run out of food...is this TOO much or not enough"?

I told her it is PLENTY if not TOO much, but who am I... Wink

This is what she wants so this is what I will sell her..

TEXAS BEEF BRISKET, CAROLINA RIBS & MARV'S FAMOUS CHICKEN

$16.95 x 90 = $ 1525.50
BURGERS AND DOGS $ 13.95 x 25 = $ 348.75
VEGETARIAN BURGERS $ 13.95 x 15 = $ 209.25
CAESAR SALAD $ 2.00 x 50 = $ 100.00
CORN on the COBBETTE (HALF EARS) $ 1.00 x 100 = $ 100.00
Sub Total: $2283.50
Gratuity: $411.03
WA State Tax: $226.34
Estimated Total: $2920.87

pp charge is $29.20 not a bad gig for a BBQ.. Wink

SoEzzy...I noticed you 'highlighted' the 'service charge' which is actually the 'grauity'.

Well Marv, I did remove the "service charge" from my Paypal logo! Laughing Laughing Laughing Then again, I also gave myself a raise to compensate for it! Wink

Actually, all kidding aside, I will be adding a service charge for parties of over 200 to cover the added expense of a second serving line. With more elaborate meals like Marv's wedding, the extra fee covers the extra work/helpers involved! Seems more than fair enough to me! Very Happy

After being married twice, I do NOT condone wife beating...but I sure DO understand it Twisted Evil

just kidding there...the first words out of my divorce attorney's mouth were
"Do not touch her..don't even get close enough to brush up against her"
