Could someone out in SmokeRingland go through the steps I would have to take to figure out what to charge to do Pig, Beef, or Chicken. Is there a formula for figuring it out? What are all the things that have to be calculated.
I would just be interested in the meat part no side dishes or desserts.
I am a dummy on this end of things and look toward the experts for the answers.
Thanks Boomer _________________ Life isn't about how to survive the storm,

Pig, Beef and Chicken!
Whole pig, whole beef, whole chicken?
If you are going to be cooking jointed pork, beef and chicken you might like to take a look at my Catering Planner, click the following link you can adjust for different numbers of guests and meats, ignore the bottom section that deals with sides, but the rest of it will work out if you just want to calculate meats. _________________ Here's a change Robert.

Boomer- we started out with pigs in the title, then progressed to other meats!?
If you can be a little more specific, we can help you out with pricing! _________________ BBQMAN
