GREAT idea from NW Food Service Show

I met this guy (owner/inventor of these boxes.

They are decorated nice and have a thin layer of styrofoam in the bottom, then you place your full size disposable pan in it then lay another styrofoam sheet over top and place lid on....Stays proper temp for hrs.

Also will stay warm up to 90 min with lid off. Would eliminate the need for chaffing dishes.

Also GREAT for delivery and leaving the leftovers with the client.

very kool and 5.45 each is not a bad price...I may order some soon..

My only concern is what temps hold at with the lid on and off...
