Those are some meaty looking beef ribs.
Almost a steak on each bone..!!

We have a little Hispanic Mom & Pop Meat shop down the road. They do us up right w/these every time! They also tend to run less $$ than the grocery stores around us on other meats.
If u find em, let me know how they turn out for ya!

I am nowhere near a beef-rib fan, But those could sway me over!!!

yup, I did some beef short ribs this weekend too:
These things sure are monsters. My wife asked me to do smaller pork ribs next time. Partially because she likes the texture of pork better, but primarily because "the silverware slows me down, I just want to pick it up with my hands" I love my wife  |
