Hello guys,

I've joined this forum because I wanted to practice my BBQ game and become better at it.
I finally moved out from the city and got myself a house with a yard, so I can use it as I wish, which means, by cooking meat there!
Right now, I've only got a home made grill that I brought from my parents' house, and regularly cook beef, pork and turkey on there, and I'd like to get into more in-depth things like smoking meat.
And is there a better place to learn about that than here? I hope to learn from all of you and that I'll soon be able to surprise my family and friends with my cooking!
