| Like to call out and say Hi to everyone here. I have read some of the forums thought I would join in and learn more from here. I live in Central east Florida on the space coast. Right now I use 22.5 WSM smoker for my smoking I do have a little electric Brinkmann that I haven’t used since getting the wsm. Will covert it over to a cold smoker and a char broiler gas grill but have thought of changing and getting a Assassin 48 to cook on. I love to smoke the pork,beef and whatever else comes across the smoker lol. Have done party’s of 100 and more before for friends. Hope to chat with all of you and thanks for letting me in. |
