I have like 4 veg/fruit juicers that are sitting around collecting dust. I've picked them up over the years here and there. I had the idea to use one of the Juicers I have called a Champion Juicer and convert it into a meat grinder.

The question I have is about RPM's. The juicer is quite fast at 1725 RPM with a robust 1/3 HP motor. What is a typical RPM for a meat grinder?

Here is the one I have:
https://www.northerntool.com/shop/tools/product_200680782_200680782

says RPM - 21,500 Plus or minus 15%. seems kind of fast to me.

That's all I got.
