So, I'm doing a bone in roast for Easter, but I'm only doing a 2 bone roast. I've done them before, but they have always been bigger...I think a 4 bone was the smallest.

Anything different about doing a small roast?

(BTW...I will be doing this one in the oven. Sad )

My normal cook is 7 min per pound in a 500 degree oven, then turn it off and let it in the oven till it reaches 135, then pull and slice.

I would invest in a digital probe thermometer just to keep things safe.

Rare: 52C

Medium: 60C

Well done: 75C-80C
