I live up here in Northern Michigan and right now the temps are around 40*. Is it possible to smoke a full turkey breast in this temperature zone? I use a Brinkman electric water smoker.
Any ideas, comments or concerns?

I cannot answer for your Brinkman electric water smoker, but I live at 7200 ft in the mountains of Colorado and smoke all year round, assuming I'm not to lazy to shovel out my smoker.

I've used Cookshack models Smokette, FEC-100 and now FEPG-1000 and they have all served me well.

I believe I will give it a try. Got nothing to loose but some wood chips and even if it doesn't work too well , there's always the oven.

I too smoke year round in very cold temps. I wrap my smoker (WSM) in a wielding blanket. You can pick one up at Harbor Freight or similar store.
