|
I live in rural North Idaho and enjoy the seclusion. What I see in the distance from my back deck has not changed in 30 years, and my former drive to work was about 10 miles and had not a single traffic light along the way.
I'm still a relative novice to outdoor cooking, so the cookers I use are mostly specialized to certain tasks for me. I don't have the experience to use any single cooker for all purposes. These are what I regularly use:
Pellet cookers: GMG Davy, and Traeger with Pellet Pro PID
S.R.G
Bradley OBS
Big Green Egg Mini
Gas grill
Wood fired pizza oven
I'm glad to be here _________________ PZ |
