Hello from Oklahoma I am very new to using smokers and am currently building my first smoker and have a couple questions about bringing the heat and smoke in from
the top of the smoker from what I remember about heat distribution coming in high in the smoke chamber I think it will bring the heat down evenly would appreciate any feed back |

I'm not a pit builder but I think you need to provide a little more info. What type cooker? what size? I'm not sure that bringing heat and smoke in from the top would be the best option as heat and smoke rise and you would have to force it down some kind of way. I may be misunderstanding what you are saying so if so feel free to correct me. _________________ Chargriller

Howdy! How's your build so far? There are many good discussions about the builds around here. |
