I was scoffed at when I told the local butcher that I wanted to make a crown roast with beef ribs. 14 total beef ribs about 32#s worth.

This spring I want to add a grill to the front of the trailer. I'm thinking of a 2'x4' Santa Maria style grill.

I've done a bunch of internet research and I've settled in on a design but I'm curious if anybody has built one and has any suggestions on good features?

Been working on adding the Santa Maria grill to my BBQ trailer. It's coming along, still need to do a little more work on the guide rails so that the grill goes down a little smoother but otherwise it seem to be OK.

Get some paint on in then maybe fire it up next weekend.
