Hi everybody ..... I'm new here on the Smoke Ring Forum and glad to be a part of such a great group of people. I am a retired electrician and have enjoyed smoking now for maybe 4 years now. While I am still learning how to perfect the art of smoking, I am enjoying it much more since retirement. I am using the AKORN Kamado Style Smoker/Grill ..... I have created a youtube channel for fun and to share some information & recipes with others with same interests. Will be updating with new recipes as time permits. Always looking for new ideas on making good recipes even better.
