Kevin's fatty post was right & right on time. Yesterday at Publix market my meat manager bud asked me if I could use some Boars Head peppered bacon. Seems it did not sell
& could not be returned. So for the price of one fatty he gave me 12 lbs. of bacon & threw in 4 lb. of ground pork...
I am pic challenged so - but I just wrapped up a chorizo,
pepper jack,& onion fatty for my bud, & one for the family.
That & some red beans and rice will be the start of a good new year- I hope. Best to all... |
