I seem to be the only one in the house that loves the smell of a dehydrator full of peppers.....
Been drying peppers from my freezer stash the last couple days.....grinding and making powders.
The dehydrator runs most day and night and really puts out the fumes. Laughing Laughing

Giving it a rest today and will get ready for the all mighty batch of Reapers & Moruga Scorpions,Chocolate and Peach Ghosts....these will make your eyes water. Laughing

I did a bunch of mixed superhots (20 different varieties) for Devils dust.
Chocolate Habs
Yellow Congo
Orange Trinidad Scorpion

All the rest of my frozen pods are to be fermented and turned to sauce.

Couple pics to show it does happen.

I buy Jalapenos for ABT's and most of the time they suck....no heat what so ever........
Throw a pinch of powder into the cream cheese mix and you are guaranteed to sweat a bit. Laughing

I got banished to the garage with the dehydrator years ago.

I need to think about starting some super hot peppers for next summer, maybe life will co-operate this year and let me get them to production...

Hey brother I hope you didn't bet on last nights game. It was so frustrating. The offense was lifeless and flat the defense was getting pushed around like a high school team. I stayed up for every last frustrating min. How painful was the fumble beginning of the second half? Or the missed extra point, or continuing with a nonexistent run game, or the bad play calling, etc. HTTR!

Yes Dan .....totally frustrating.....I give up betting on the Skins, the game was a total wipe out.
I pretty much gave up watching after that fumble in the second half.....
I would sooner rub hot pepper in my eyes....than watch that again. Laughing
