Rib roast seasoned with Tatonka Dust and hung in the grill and cooked to 130ยบ.

Set the rib roast aside to rest while made up some mixed veggies and garlic toast.

Sliced the rib roast and served with some ChefJimmyJ's Au Jus.

Strange, after all these years of smoking, I don't think I have ever done Garlic bread in the smoker, even though I've baked bread in them before, it just never occured to me!
