Plum is good wood i like it.
As far as walnut.... You will eather love it or hate it. I tried it on some ribs and thought it gave up a "hammie" flavor, strong stuff make sure it is well seasoned. It was just a weird flavor. Kinda hard to explain. |

I tried the walnut once while in TX...never used before so I used 100% walnut. I personally thought was TOO strong but the rest of the family that LIVED in TX..........loved it!! _________________ Often imitated but never duplicated |
