What are you guys using for a cold smoker?
I've always wanted to make my own sausage and would like to know what works well for a family that likes to feed friends!

Bryan, If you're looking to make your own cold smoker there's several ways to go about it. I made one with a 16" section of 4" tubing. I put some expanded metal in the bottom and made an outlet that ports directly into my kettle. Some folks use an aquarium pump as a venturi to keep the flow going, but I found it unnecessary in my design. I'm sure there's other ways to do this also.
