Most cooks use green leaf lettuce or parsley. Kale was also recently added as a legal garnish.

You can build 4 good boxes of Green Leaf Lettuce in the time it takes to build 1 good Parsley box, I haven't seen Kale done yet, but I would think it would time similar to GLL.

I'm doing a comp for charity and it looks like they want something green in the box. I don't think I'll be using parsley most likely kale. Thanks for the info

Kale has a strong taste does the heat from the meat bring the taste to the meat at turn in?
