Hi all,
What fuel do you all rate for low n slow cooking?
In the past I used Cocoshell briquettes which gave a good burn time, and then used Lumpwood for grilling.

Would be interested in your thoughts / advice.

Thanks!

I like Lump, I've tried the Cocofiber, and peat, and wood, and organically produced charcoal, and K competition, but what I came back to time and again is old fashioned Blue K, I can get wood for chunks, in Apple, Cherry, Oak, Peach, Pear, Plum, as well as a few exotics.

With plenty of chunks and K on offer 2 or 3 times a year, it's hard to find as good a deal together, so that's what I use 90% of the time.
