tony is right on.
So consider 1 pound of raw weight per each guest _________________ Just remember that the toes you may step on during your climb to the top will also be attached to the a$$es you'll be forced to kiss on your way back down! |

One 10-12 lb packer brisket will easily feed 20-25 guests...unless you expect them to eat 2-3 sandwiches each  _________________ Where rumors end and legend lives forever... |
