I got tired of not having a metal bender, so this is what I came up with:



1st project: Reverse flow Insulated Cabinet



2-20 ton air over hydraulic.
It works great. A great time saver.

That looks like it will get the job done. The firebox is looking good as well.

A useful looking tool, what thickness of plate will it bend?

The thickest i use is 12 guage. It bent a 24" piece with no problem.
