We are competing Saturday so that means either left over brisket, ribs, and chicken or if I am lucky the sponsor will take all the BBQ home with him and I will get fried wings, livers and gizzards. _________________ Always remember slow and steady wins the race.

Tired of competition leftovers? I'll take them off your hands. I'm just not close enough to get them. _________________ "Never trust a skinny cook."

Yeah! Fried chicken livers and gizzards sounds great. A great snack/finger food IMO. I think I'll do some Sunday, since I was planning on smoking, then frying some wings and onion rings anyway. _________________ The Matt Ryan of LIARS! (#2)

Can someone recommend a brand of liquid smoke? _________________ -------

Maybe just scrape the goo off the bottom of your smoker and slather brisket before, during and after cook with it....or google a certain meathead for some TRUE bbq advise _________________ Money Maker

I second the motion of following MeatNutz's advice...A lil cure, a lil liquid smoke, a bit of drug and alcohol-fueled 'smoking', and you'll be fine... _________________ The Matt Ryan of LIARS! (#2)

You know, I tried that once, but forgot the part about not re-using the pillow case... must be why I woke up hungry for Q and the dog was staring at me _________________ save the neck for me, Clark - Cousin Eddie |
