Traditional White Bread Recipe. I use bread machine to make my dough. Then let it rest in my #8 Chicken Fryer for about 45 minutes. Then put it in the oven and bake. 1 1/3 C water
4 teaspoons softened butter or margarine
4 cups bread flour
2 tablespoons sugar
4 teaspoons dry milk
2 teaspoons salt
2 teaspoons active dry yeast
I used a Bread machine to mix mine and knead it was much easier. I then take the dough out and let dough proof 2x its size in cast iron covered with saran wrap. Preheat over to 350° and bake on middle rack for 30 mins. When done remove from CI too cool and brush with melted butter |

Simple one: For quick breakfast

- 2 tsp active dry yeast
Steps:
- Measure and add liquid ingredients to the bread pan.
- Measure and add dry ingredients (except yeast) to the bread pan.
- Use your finger to form a well (hole) in the flour where you will pour the yeast. Yeast must NEVER come into contact with a liquid when you are adding ingredients. Measure the yeast and carefully pour it into the well.
