My 36" Blackstone Griddle delivered yesterday. I went ahead and purchased the the Stainless steel model. Going to assemble it today and start the seasoning process. I'm pretty excited.

I don't know how to post pictures? The first cook was bacon and egg sandwiches for breakfast and grilled cheese for lunch. Next up probably cheeseburgers. Wife wants teriyaki chicken and fried rice.

Took some left over meatloaf from last night. Cut some nice thick slices and put it on the griddle. Got a nice crust on each side Mmmmm outstanding!

I like to use real butter to create the rill crust on things like meatloaf.

Either that or good old bacon grease, what did you use?
