I was thinking of smoking duck breast for a party we are having, any suggestions? |

Smoked duck seems as good idea... …i suggest you to Smoking the meat in a covered grill with a thermometer. Charcoal, wood chips, water and not much time is all you need to done. You must to keep pretty good amount of smoke, that doesn’t mean all the smoke you can possibly create. A steady 200-degree temperature ll make your duck as tasty. |

Smoke it hotter, 300° - 325° like you would anything else in the poultry side of meat, keep your fire burning cleanly and there will be enough smoke.
Duck can even be done on a stove top, with a light flavorful smoke like "tea", using a Cambell's Stove top smoker, (I think it's Cambell's)! _________________ Here's a change Robert.
