Thanks guys for the flowers. I have worked hard and torched quite a few boxes of briskets to get to the product we have now. and like in all product thier will always be shipping issues that you can't controll like packageing, supplies bags and ingredients. But I do own a small custom meat processing plant and we are professionals at what we do. I will always be up front with you when you order and let you know if it will take a week or 3 days or even 2 weeks but you will have the best answer passible. You are right it was developed to be a product for injection.Thanks again and to let you know Mike and Jeff are not on the payroll.

Many marinades can be injected, some, like this one are made to be injected.

One more question David, how much of your product do you need per brisket? I imagine a 5 pound order is quite a bit, so I'm curious if it will be way more than I need to sample.

I was searching the forum, stumbled across the FAB articles and then to Davids post that makes a similar product here in OK. I will order 5lbs of it. I guess it doesnt hurt to try, more curious than anything. Should get it next week, then I will cook a brisket next weekend.
