We (Dizzy Daddy BBQ) have been vending out of our trailer for a few years now, and have developed a pretty good reputation and following. Along with that we started catering and that business has grown to the point that we are very pressed to work in the trailer. Its licensed as a mobile kitchen.
So yesterday afternoon we became the owners of a small building in Center Point Iowa that was formerly an Ice Cream shop and burger place. Its not huge, seats about 30, but does have a full kitchen with fryers, hood, and an Ansul system.
Initially we are planning on just doing our Catering out of the kitchen but down the road we will start opening a couple nights a week to the public. The wife and I both work full time.
Anyone have any recommendations on a good indoor smoker? _________________ Dizzy Daddy BBQ, Damn its good! |
