Got me a new griddle to cover my Camp Chef 2-burner Explorer Smile

Got these petite Ribeyes steak, which were perfect for the occasion

Also cut up a variety of mushrooms, eggplans, potatoes and tomatoes

Got a nice caramelization on the mushrooms

Added the eggplants

Then the steaks

Got a nice initial sear on the steaks

And the potatoes & tomatoes cooking nicely

The steaks are done

Decided to cook some scallops in butter garlic and white wine sauce

And dinner is served Smile

I really like the size of this griddle. It’s perfect for smaller meals and weeknight fast meals Smile

That looks like a successful first cook. Those steaks look like they are cooked perfect. The vegetables look great as well. Good Job.

I'll take two over medium with bacon and hash browns scattered and smothered! Nice griddle!
