I saw this post for Citrus Shrimp and thought I would try it. The shrimp were great with the marinade and dipping sauce. Here is the link that I got the recipe from.

I made a slight change and didn't use the chipotle powder but I used about a half teaspoon of white pepper and about a half teaspoon of ground red pepper for a little heat. I added 1 Tablespoon of Turbinado sugar to make the glaze. I let the shrimp marinate for about an hour and a half then placed on skewers and grilled them.

Here are a few pics with some strip steaks. The dipping sauce was awesome.

I think this would also go well with chicken and may experiment some with this marinade/glaze recipe.

Glad you liked it, thanks for the feedback...

The dipping sauce really finishs this recipe off..

FYI.. I have used this recipe on grouper.. It turned out great.
