So I copied BBcue-z's post almost to the letter but I did add some chicken to mine also...and forgot the black olives Confused

Some of the main ingredients.

Started by cooking the chicken and then the Italian sausage first.

Than got Zoey's attention pretty quick.

Seasoned the pasta with salt, pepper, butter, garlic and wine. This was a great idea Hadi Very Happy

Added some pepperoni to flavor the oil.

Onion and bell pepper added to the oil.

Added some mushrooms to the mix after a few minutes.

A can of diced tomatoes.

Added back in the chicken and sausage and let everything simmer good.

Tossed in some spinach.

Added in the marinara sauce and let everything cook together for a bit.

Added the pasta back in along with some Italian seasoning and more wine and mixed it up well and let it simmer.

Finished it off with some parmesan and parsley.

Plated it up with some garlic bread.

Great meal, quick and easy and pretty cheap to make. Everyone ate this one up quick and agreed it is a keeper.

Thanks for looking Very Happy

Thanks Mike, I have yet to do a tri tip on my disco, but Im sure I can come up with something.

Maniac, thanks brother! I sure am glad Hadi cooks and posts like he does. He always sets the bar pretty high and I doubt that mine ever taste like his, but I cant complain with how any of my copy cooks of his have tasted Laughing Laughing Zoey always gets a snack off the disco, smoker, grill... Laughing That's why in most pictures of food cooking I post, you see her in at least one picture close by waiting Laughing
