Hey everyone, my name is Jake. I'm a chiropractor from West Tennessee and I've been cooking for about 5 years now. I'm in the process of planning an offset trailer build so that my brother and I can start doing some competitions for fun and a little catering on the side. I like mixed Q...little bit of Memphis, NC and KC thrown in. Applewood is my smoke of choice! Any tips would be appreciated!
