Took my new Pro 30 setup on a short trip and did few cooks on it. It was easy transport and setup and it fed us well Very Happy

Cooked Flat Iron steaks on the flat top Smile

I felt a little guilty in the beginning about not taking a Grill on the trip, but after seeing how easy and convenient this setup could be, I was convinced that I made the right decision Very Happy

Looking at all of these makes me want to get the griddle out. Hopefully it warms up soon so I can without freezing.
