Debbie and I were not able to make this cook off that Ron was cooking as we had other commitments.
Old Smokey cookers put this on and you had to be cooking on one.
There were 75 teams entered in this event, Ron did a superb job taking Grand Champion with a 2nd in wings and a 3rd in Country style ribs.
Congrats to Big Ron. Nicely done Brother. Very Happy

Congrats Big Ron!!

Your looking great brother, congrats on the progress!!

Just one question, when we were together at Kevins house way back when, your bride was wanting to toss a few trophies to make room...hows that working out for you now?

Thanks folks for the support. Yes my wife did want to throw my "old" trophies away and let me keep the most recent few?? Well. No trophies have made the trash and she even organized them in the home office! Had to fight to keep them, but they ain't going anywhere.

Also, 100 lbs down since my surgery and have leveled off. Going to have to exercise to drop the last 50 to reach my 150 lb loss goal. Thanks so much for the support, and no regrets on getting the surgery. It was a great decision.

So busy these days I can't cook much, but I do when I can!
