| Hello all, I am originally from Texas but live in North Carolina after being stationed here with the Marines for 5 years. After I finish my degree I plan to move back home. I enjoy cooking in all it's forms but prefer to be outside on the grill. I am all charcoal or wood even if I am just heating up some hotdogs. Since moving to NC I have been expanding my repertoire. I am hoping to find someone around that could hands on teach me to cook a whole pig Eastern Carolina style. If anyone is up to the task please let me know. |

| Smokin Mike, I am always up for some salt water fishing. Unfortunately I don't have a boat or really the gear for saltwater. Which I know is a crime being that I've been out here for so long. |

My god man... I'd be all over Queen Creek if I was down your way. LOL I'll be heading down there later in September to hopefully get on the Spanish mackerel. For now I'm surf and pier fishing until I can get the fuel pump replaced in my boat motor. It's an ethanol thing ya see. I may holler at ya and see if we can get you to wet a line. _________________ My current cookers: 80 gallon vertical tank

| I have an old 16' 1979 Galaxy Bowrider, but it needs some motor work as well. I've been out on some friend's boats now and then and I am up and down Queen's Creek from the handful of public boat docks. But I am always looking for a reason to fish. |

Hey Cooter --
Welcome. We cook a pig in a makeshift cooker in September. About 2hrs inland from where you are. PM me if you are interested. May be enough room for a brisket on the cooker. |
